1.备好所用食材。

2.将所用食材泡洗并切好备用。

3.锅里加入少许的菜油,煮香之后再将五花肉下锅煸炒出油。

4.将粉丝用温水泡软备用。

5.五花肉煸炒出油之后加入嫩笋。

6.再将虾干及鱿鱼干一并下锅同炒至出味。
